Not satisfied with putting up with the symptoms of a chronic disease for life, in early 2017 I set out to help fellow sufferers of Inflammatory Bowel Disease in whatever way I could, to educate them on how best to deal with both the physical and mental challenges that the disease presented us with on a daily basis.

Being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2013 and more recently with Chronic Intestinal Pseudo-obstruction in 2016, I know firsthand what it's like to suffer, having spent over 6 months in hospital and having 3 major surgeries on my abdomen - I am no longer living with a large intestine.

In the period of just over a year I have reached almost 3 million people with videos I've created with the intention to both raise awareness amongst the public and offer support to fellow sufferers.

My goal is offer individuals' hope and advice to be able to aspire and achieve what they've always wanted to in life. My focus isn't so much on disease, but health and what it takes to reach the standard of health that's acceptable to get through each day. I want sufferers to know that education is the most powerful tool on the planet and that by learning and being open to new things, they'll have the ability to be able to shape their own future.
